BUILDING NEW HABITS

The habits of highly successful people allow them to consistently perform behaviors that breed success. from eating well to responsible spending to task completion requires practicing habits that make such behaviors part of our daily life. Michael Jordan spent his off seasons taking hundreds of jump shots a day. award-winning Phillies pitcher Roy Halladay routinely does a 90-minute workout before practices. The young Venus and Serena Williams would wake up at 6:00 am to hit tennis balls before school. 

Highly successful people have learned to develop good habits, it takes discipline, courage and hard work on a daily basis to keep those habits in place.

There is no definitive scientific evidence for applying a specific number of days necessary to form a habit, however, Dr. Maxwell Maltz M.D. developed a theory that 21 days played a key role in habit formation, based on his work as a plastic surgeon rehabilitating amputees. He noticed that on average, after daily therapy, it took 21 days for the amputees to adjust to the loss of a limb. He then postulated that brain circuits produce neural connections and neural pathways only if they are bombarded for 21 days in a row. Today, much has been written about the brain patterns of habit.

 

 

MINDFUL FITNESS WORKOUTS

During this 21 Day challenge you will undergo a complete 21 day workout regimen. This regimen will consist of a total of 24 physical fitness workouts that will challenge every muscle in your body and while challenging your mind as well. These workouts will be specifically designed and custom tailored to achieve your personal goals. No workout will ever be the same. Intensity is the name of the game!

All of the fitness experiences that participants encounter will be structured by The Prince of Fitness himself. Each session will be designed with the particular participant’s desired results to ensure that they achieve their fitness goals. 

This program helps clients to surpass traditional fitness training results and experience greater insight and awareness. Mindful Fitness programs address flexibility, focus, strength-building, anxiety and stress reduction, and weight loss.

Throughout the 21 Day Ultimate Fitness Challenge, participants will have a chance to experience over 12 different beautiful workout locations. These locations have been hand picked By PRince Daniels JR. 

 
 

CONNECTING THE  MIND  WITH THE  BODY

Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention on the present. When you're mindful, you observe your thoughts and feelings from a distance, without judging them good or bad. Instead of letting your life pass you by, mindfulness means living in the moment and awakening to experience.

As an international fitness guru, Prince has been influenced by yoga and convinced by the positive results of mind-body practices. With over ten years of experience as someone who practices mindful techniques, Prince’s approach to personal training helps his clients to surpass traditional fitness training results and experience greater insight and awareness. A Mindful Fitness program addresses flexibility, focus, strength-building, anxiety stress reduction, and weight loss.

Throughout The Ultimate 21Day Fitness Challenge, Prince finds brilliant ways to  infuse grueling and challenging fitness exercises with mindful practices to help participants achieve results that transform their whole being; physically, mentally, and spiritually. This challenge fosters the personal growth needed to take anyone to the next level.

MINDFUL MEDITATION

Meditation is a simple, easily learned technique, practiced by students and teachers while sitting comfortably with eyes closed. It does not involve any one religion, philosophy, or change in lifestyle. Over 340 published scientific studies document its effectiveness for improving health and learning. 

Meditation is the art of silencing the mind. When the mind is silent, concentration is increased and we experience inner peace in the midst of worldly turmoil. This elusive inner peace is what attracts so many people to meditation and is a quality everyone can benefit from.

 During the 21 Day challenge Prince will guide you through a number of meditation sessions after each workout that will help transcend your thoughts and help you to reach a level of higher mental awareness.

I have participated in many different fitness programs and I stay active, but Ive never experienced anything as intense as this. This challenge demanded me to push myself to newer heights mentally, physically, and spiritually. “This is a life changing challenge! From the mountains to the beaches, to the hills to the gyms, the workout locations really made it possible to get me into a minds pace to endure the vigorous workout demands of the challenge.
