Now that Thanksgiving is over, and the holiday season is in full swing we need to remember to stay mindful throughout all of hustle and bustle. It is easy to get caught up in all of the festivities ahead, but it is important that you enjoy the moment. No need to look ahead, when we can enjoy the present moment.
